The Best Year Ever Workbook
The "2024 Best Year Ever Workbook."
This workbook walks you through the step by step process to help you create your best year ever.
Every year I do a vision board, or set my intentions for the year ahead. This workbook is a great tool to help you do the same. You’ll take a moment to reflect on the previous year, then evaluate your current life and set your intentions and goals for 2024.
Have fun with it!
We highly recommend doing it with friends, family, husband, wife or anyone who will support your dreams and goals.
If you do create an Intentional Vision Board, We invite you to share your boards with us at https://www.facebook.com/groups/2024bestyearever
We love being supportive of your intentional journey.

Free 21 Day Mindfulness Challenge
Mindfulness is the practice of purposely bringing one's attention into the present moment without judgment.
For me mindfulness is simply being present and being aware. Being aware of your body, your thoughts, your mind, your surroundings and how they are all connected.
The goal isn’t to lose yourself in the present moment or to put pressure on yourself to live every minute mindfully.
The goal is to learn to love and accept yourself as you are right now, today. To show up for yourself and to never again abandon yourself, your needs, your wants. To never disappoint yourself in order to keep from disappointing others.
Enjoy this 21 day challenge!

Who Am I
I have lived with anxiety my whole life. Not the debilitating kind, more the slow burn, the constant hyper-vigilant kind. Always on high alert, high energy, moving a hundred miles an hour to stay in front of whatever my mind thought was chasing me.
Turns out nothing was chasing me. And so, I began to turn inward to figure out why I felt like my life didn’t fit me.
I found that people I admired were people who were connected to and living in alignment with their core values.
I realized I had no idea what my core values were, and knew I needed to become more connected with who I was from the inside out.
Getting clarity on your values is essential to living a purposeful life. Because your values are the compass that point you in the direction of your unique path.
When we intentionally center what truly matters to us, we create a life that is meaningful, enjoyable and in line with our true selves.
